Shipping & Returns

All purchases will be processed during office hours. As we are in Northern Ireland please be aware of Bank Holidays. We will always endeavour to ship your purchase as soon as possible, but please be patient during busy times.

For the forseeable future shipping on all our items* is absolutely free! We will package and post your items by either First Class Registered Post or ParcelForce 48hr service and do our best to make the start of 2010 a very happy new year for you!

We use several different methods of carriage for mail order;

1. Registered Post with Royal Mail. This is for packages that weigh less than 2kg. All packages sent by recorded delivery will need a signature and we will keep a record of packages.

2. Parcelforce Couriers will collect any items processed before 3pm Monday to Friday, and aim to deliver within 24-48 hours. Parcelforce will not deliver a package that weighs more than 30kg. Parcelforce packages will need a signature.

* We do sell a small number of items that are too large to ship. It is listed on their information, but for these items we cannot offer free shipping. We can however arrange for collection of these items from our shop in Glenavy, Northern Ireland, or we can possibly arrange local delivery of these, to be arranged.

If you select the wrong postage option in the checkout section we may have to amend this. We will always contact you via email or telephone before doing this.

Unfortunately we can only ship to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Mainland Britain (Zones 1, 2 and 3) for the immediate future. This will be expanded on asap.


In the event of a customer being unsatisfied with their purchase or the items sent them were wrong or damaged we can offer a full refund within 30 days or a replacement of the item, provided they return the item to us with a copy of all the relevant documentation and a description of the problem.

If the incorrect item was shipped then we request that the customer would return it to us. Upon its receipt we will send the correct item to them and refund the amount spent on postage and packaging.

If the correct item was shipped but the customer is not satisfied with their purchase we can provide a full refund for them provided they return the product to us unused and undamaged. For refunds the customer will have to pay for shipping to return the product to us.
